If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

3. Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended return policy:

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unopened and in original packaging

4. Conditions for Returns

4.1 Eligible Returns

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago

This limitation applies in particular to sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, as permitted by applicable consumer law.

5. Return Process

5.1 Initiating a Return

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  • Package the product securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the product to the address provided

5.2 Return Shipping

For returns under the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the product is defective or we made an error.

For defective products or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

6.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after receiving the return
  • Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider

6.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

6.4 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price paid. If applicable, original shipping costs will be refunded only if:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We made an error with your order
  • You are exercising your statutory 14-day withdrawal right (standard delivery costs only)

6.5 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

  • Products returned after 30 days but within 60 days (at our discretion)
  • Products with minor packaging damage but contents intact

7. Defective or Damaged Products

8. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then follow the return process.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary
